The hotel room felt cozy but a bit cramped for a king. Despite a roach visit, the quick staff response was appreciated. Service hiccups like missed cleaning and lack of amenities were disappointing, but the comfy bed and great location made up for it. Staff were friendly overall.

I'd DEFINITELY choose this place again. The photos don't do it justice!

Quiet hotel, the rooms were compact. The staff was fairly friendly in managing every request. The location was cozy, for example, Rooftop was a 10-15 minute walk from the property. I loved my stay from check-in to rooftop bar with hot drinks. My stay here was really great.

The hotel was fancy, with incredible location really close to the subway station. Bed was exceptionally comfortable; room was fantastic and compact. All in all everything was great, however we had very small bathroom. There was plenty of great options for continental breakfast.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite because of its over 1000 square feet of versatile meeting and event space in the NoMad District, including a seasonal rooftop lounge. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a great atmosphere for our work meetings.

The only service I missed for my work was a 24-hour business center to allow for late-night work sessions.

The in-room mini-bar featured high-end snacks from Dean & Deluca, which was a delightful surprise during my stay. It felt like having a personal pantry stocked with gourmet treats, adding a touch of luxury to my evenings in.

We had a great stay at this hotel. the location was superb, just a minute's walk from the 33rd street subway station. the staff was really friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early at 10:00 am. the bellman was especially helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We requested a quiet room on the 7th floor and were pleased to find that it was indeed peaceful. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely pillow menu to choose from. the hotel had a quirky and elegant style, adding to the overall charm.

The staff is also another positive aspect of this hotel as they were polite, professional, and accommodating. They even allowed me to check out two hours later which was really helpful.
